About Me

Hi! My name is Kaleb Brasee, and first and foremost, I'm a Christian. I love God more than anything, believe without a doubt that Jesus died to save me even though I didn't deserve it, and have accepted His gift of salvation.

Playing piano is my primary hobby. I've been doing it since I was 6 and have loved every minute of it. For the past 10 years or so I have been playing piano in church, youth group, Sunday school, with a wedding thrown in every now and then. I recently bought a Yamaha Clavinova CVP-407 digital piano and it's an absolute blast to play. It feels great, sounds fantastic, and makes it easy to record songs. In addition to Christian music, I enjoy playing other genres including classical, ragtime, country, and random stuff I hear on the radio or internet.

My job is that of a computer programmer, and for the past few years my primary focus has been writing web applications. This site actually started as just a way for me to learn a couple of new programming frameworks, and eventually grew into what you're seeing right now. I've actually had fun programming this site -- the Spring framework is great to work with, and this site is way more exciting than the old "Hello World" examples (well, at least to me it is).
